Program name and sender
The program is called Centera. Messages are sent by Centera, a business name of our operating company, on its own behalf and on behalf of the local businesses that use Centera to answer their customers. Questions about the program can be sent to (469) 985-3249.
What messages you may receive
We send text messages only for service-related purposes. Depending on how you contact a business that uses Centera, you may receive:
- replies to a question or request you sent to us or to a business using Centera,
- appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancel links,
- follow-up on a missed call, when you asked to be contacted,
- a short message after a visit asking how it went, and
- account and service notices for business customers of Centera.
How often
Message frequency varies. It depends on how often you book, ask a question or interact with a business using Centera. Most people receive only a few messages around a single appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, and Centera does not charge you for receiving texts.
How to opt out or get help
You can stop messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be removed from the program. You will receive one confirmation text, and then no more.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or call us at (469) 985-3249 during our working hours, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Central. You can also use the contact page. If you want to rejoin after opting out, reply START or ask the business directly.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our service. You give consent by sharing your mobile number and agreeing to be texted, for example by ticking a box on a booking form or by texting us first. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell or share your mobile number, or text-messaging opt-in data, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above and to run the service.
Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers and the companies that carry messages are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your phone and your coverage, so we cannot promise that each message will arrive.
These terms may change from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy, and you can ask us to remove your data on the data deletion page.
