Paying for work
- One-time jobs are paid once. They carry no monthly fee.
- Monthly plans cancel anytime.
- Custom work is priced by quote. Our pricing page shows the rest.
The website and the chat
The chat on this site is an AI. Use it to ask about our services and prices. Do not post anything unlawful, try to break or misuse it, or use it to harass anyone. We may limit or end access for misuse. Please do not type health, payment or ID details into the chat.
AI answers have limits
AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing the chat or the Front Desk says is legal, medical, tax or financial advice. On the Front Desk, a person on our team checks every call. For decisions that matter, talk to a qualified professional.
Booking a call with us
A call with us is booked only when cal.com sends you a confirmation. The chat cannot book it for you.
White-label desks
If your firm offers our desk to its own clients under its own name, you are responsible for your clients' consent and communications rules, and for having the rights to the names, branding and content you give us.
No warranty
The website and our services are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them running, but we cannot promise that they will never be interrupted or never have errors.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Centera's total liability for anything related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for them. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Using the site or our services after that means you accept the new terms.

Las respuestas de una IA pueden estar incompletas o equivocadas. Nada de lo que diga el chat o el Front Desk es asesoría legal, médica, fiscal ni financiera. En el Front Desk, una persona de nuestro equipo revisa cada llamada. Para decisiones importantes, habla con un profesional.
Agendar una llamada con nosotros
Una llamada con nosotros queda agendada solo cuando cal.com te manda la confirmación. El chat no puede agendarla por ti.
Servicio de marca blanca
Si tu firma ofrece nuestro servicio a sus clientes con su propio nombre, tú eres responsable del consentimiento de tus clientes y de las reglas de comunicación, y de tener los derechos de los nombres, la marca y el contenido que nos des.
Sin garantía
El sitio web y nuestros servicios se ofrecen tal como están, sin garantías de ningún tipo. Trabajamos para que funcionen, pero no podemos prometer que nunca se interrumpan ni que nunca tengan errores.
Límite de responsabilidad
