This notice explains what centera.agency collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we collect what you type. Depending on the form, that can be your name, business name and type, city, phone number, email, what you need, and the best time to reach you. We also save the exact consent sentence you saw, your browser's user agent (the browser and device type it reports), the time you sent the form, and the page and language you used. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
Where it is stored
Form requests are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the United States. If that database cannot be reached, your request is emailed to our team inbox through FormSubmit, an email form service, so it is not lost.
How we use it
We use your details to call or text you about the request you sent. That is the only reason we contact you. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you. Message and data rates may apply.
The chat
The chat on this site is an AI. When you use it, your messages are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to write the replies. We do not save the chat on our servers. Please do not type health, payment or ID details into it.
Demo pages
Some pages show a demo made for one business. They show only public facts about that business, such as the name, services and hours it lists publicly. If it is your business and you want the page removed, email haris@centera.agency and we will delete it.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your information to anyone.
Other services this site uses
- Pages load the Outfit font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens.
- "Book a call" buttons open cal.com, which runs its own booking page under its own privacy policy.
- Our web host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small script from Meta Platforms, Inc. It tells Meta when someone opens a page or sends one of our forms, so we can measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. We don't send Meta what you type into a form. Meta may set its own cookies and handles this data under its own privacy policy. The site also remembers your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser's storage. To limit ad tracking, use your browser's privacy settings or your Meta ad preferences.
Your choices
Email haris@centera.agency to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
