Before day one
You tell us about the shop: what you do, where you work, your hours, what you will and won't take, and how you want the phone answered. That conversation, plus your Google listing and whatever you already have online, is the raw material. We write the facts down and you approve them. Nora, the phone assistant, only says what you have approved.
The setup week
Each day has one job. Nothing waits on you for long, and you see everything before it goes in front of a customer.
- Day 1: phone live, app working. We set up a local number in your shop's name, connect your missed calls to Nora, and put the Centera app on your phone. We test it together with a real call, so you hear what a customer hears and see the ping arrive.
- Day 2: the page draft. We build a one-page site for your trade, with your services, hours, area and a booking button. You get a draft to read. Tell us what to change.
- Day 3: review card and QR. We make the review card and the QR code for your counter, and set up the after-job message. Every customer gets the same direct link to your Google review page, with a line to reach you directly, and you are pinged right away if anyone leaves a low rating.
- Day 5: a five-minute call. A short call to go through what is live, fix anything that sounds off, and answer questions. Bring one real customer question and we'll check how Nora handles it.
- Day 7: live. The page goes onto your domain, the booking page and calendar sync are on, and your Google listing is checked and corrected. From here the front office runs.
What we set up behind the scenes
Along the way we connect the rest of the front office so you don't have to.
Your email, Facebook, Instagram, Google chat and site chat go into one inbox, with one thread per customer. Booking gets a page per service, calendar sync, confirmations, reminders, and reschedule and cancel links. Invoices, estimates and payment links are there when you need them, and documents can be signed on the phone.
The everyday rhythm
Once you are live, a normal week is quiet. That is the point.
- When a call comes in that you miss, Nora answers, takes the details or books the visit, and you get a ping with a summary on the customer's card. Urgent calls are flagged and pinged at once.
- When someone books, it lands on your calendar and the customer gets a confirmation and a reminder.
- After a job, every customer gets the same review request.
- Every Monday, a short email shows the week's numbers: calls, bookings and reviews.
- Every week, a Google post is drafted for you to approve, and if you send us raw clips and photos from your phone, we turn them into reels and posts.
What stays in your hands
You approve the facts Nora uses, the words on your page and the Google posts. You can change the rules whenever you like, and you can see each call summary in the app. If something sounds wrong, tell us and we fix it. Nothing about the setup is locked away from you.

Questions owners ask
How much of my time does setup take?
A short conversation at the start, a few minutes to read the page draft and approve your facts, and the five-minute call on day five.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward the calls you don't answer to the line we set up for your shop.
What if I want something changed after day seven?
Tell us. We change the page, the facts Nora uses and the rules for urgent calls whenever you ask.
Does Nora speak Spanish?
Yes, in English or Spanish, depending on how you set her up.
