About Centera

A front office for shops that run on the owner's hands.

Centera is a done-for-you front office for owner-run local businesses. We set up the phone, the booking page, the reviews and the one-page site, so the shop keeps working while the front desk takes care of itself.

Who Centera is for

Most of the businesses we work with have one owner, a handful of people, and a phone that rings while everyone is busy. A salon with a chair full of color. A plumber under a sink. A detailer with a car on the lift. The work is good. The front desk is whoever happens to be free.

Centera is built for that kind of shop. We are not a software company handing you a login and wishing you luck. We are a small team that sets the front office up for you, in your shop's name, and keeps it tidy.

What a front office means here

A front office is the part of a business that meets the customer before the work starts: the phone, the calendar, the messages, the reviews, the website, the Google listing. In a bigger company it is a person or a department. In a local shop it is usually the owner, late at night, with a phone in one hand.

We set those pieces up so they work together instead of living in six different apps. Calls you miss are answered and written down. Bookings land on one calendar. Messages from email, Facebook, Instagram, Google and your site arrive in one thread per customer. After a job, every customer gets the same review request.

  • Phone: a phone assistant named Nora answers the calls you can't, in your shop's name, in English or Spanish.
  • The app: the Centera app on your phone pings you for calls, messages, bookings and reviews.
  • Booking: a booking page per service, calendar sync, reminders, and a QR code for the counter.
  • Reviews: a review card and QR, one review request for every customer, and a ping to you when someone leaves a low rating.
  • Site and listing: a one-page site that books, and a Google listing kept right.

How we work

We are based in Dallas and we work remotely. You do not need to host a visit, and nobody needs to come to your shop. Setup happens by phone, by message and by a short call, and you approve what we write before it goes live. The setup week is laid out step by step.

We speak English and Spanish, and so does Nora. If most of your customers call in Spanish, we set her up that way from the first day.

What we believe about small shops

A local shop does not need a marketing department. It needs the phone answered, the calendar kept, a few good reviews on Google, and a page that says what you do and lets people book. That list is short on purpose.

We keep our promises small and specific. We describe what we set up for your shop and how it works. We do not promise results we cannot control, because your phone, your prices and your work decide those.

Where to go next

If you want to see what this looks like for your trade, start with the page for your type of shop or the list of plans. If you would rather talk, the 15-minute review is a short call about your phone, your calendar and your reviews. No pitch deck.

Questions owners ask

Is Centera a software product or a service?

A service. We set everything up and look after it. You get an app on your phone to see what is happening, but you are not expected to build anything yourself.

Do you need to visit my shop?

No. We work remotely from Dallas. Setup is done by phone, message and one short call.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and the phone assistant answers in either one.

Who owns my phone number, site and reviews?

You do. The business, the customers and the Google listing are yours. We set things up on your behalf and you approve what we publish.

The next step

Book 15 minutes with our team. We look at how your calls, bookings and reviews run today and show you what would change. No pitch deck, no pressure.
