Scale: every location with its own front office, one app for you.

The day you open a second location is the day your own attention stops reaching everywhere. Scale gives each site its own number, its own calendar and its own reviews, and gives you one place to watch them all.

Who Scale fits

Scale is for the owner who now has a second shop, a second truck yard, a second showroom or a second chair of managers. The business is no longer in one room, and the old habits of looking at one phone and one calendar stop working.

Typical cases: a pizza owner opening a second kitchen across town, an auto shop with a sister bay in the next suburb, a salon with a branch near the university, a pest control company that opens a service depot in a new county. Scale starts from the second location, on top of whichever plan you already run.

What each location gets

No location shares a number or a calendar with another. The pieces below are set up once per location, so a customer calling the north shop talks to the north shop.

  • Its own phone number, answered in that location's name, with its own hours and its own facts.
  • Its own booking page and calendar, with confirmations, reminders and reschedule links that use that location's address.
  • Its own review flow, so each branch builds its own Google reviews and you see which one is slipping.
  • Its own Google listing, fixed and kept right, so the map shows the correct address and hours for each site.
  • One app for you. Pings from every location come to the same Centera app, sorted by site, with a Monday email that sets the locations side by side.

A day with Scale

On Saturday morning, the owner of two auto shops looks at the Monday-style summary on her phone. The west shop had a busy Friday, and three calls came in after closing; each one was answered and booked for Saturday. The east shop's review average dipped after a slow weekend, and the app pinged her about the two low ratings the same day, so she could reply and make it right. She calls the east manager from the car. Nothing about the west shop got mixed into the east shop's calendar.

What Scale does not include

Scale is the multi-location layer, not a plan of its own with a separate feature list. What each location can do depends on the plan underneath: Start, Grow or Studio. Marketing for a new location, such as an opening campaign or a landing page for the grand opening, belongs to Studio.

It also does not merge your locations into one number. Customers get the site nearest them. For the details of adding a single location to a plan you already have, read the extra location page.

Before you open the second one

Write down, for each location, the phone number customers see, the Google listing name, the hours and the person who answers on a bad day. If any of those are the same for both, that is where the first customer confusion will come from. We use that list to set each location up as its own front office.

Talk it through in a 15-minute review, or see the plan prices on the pricing page.

Questions owners ask

Do my locations share customers?

Each site has its own calendar and reviews. Your owner login in the app sees all of them together.

Can I start Scale with only one new location?

Yes. Scale begins at the second location, and you add further ones the same way.

Do all locations need to be on the same plan?

The plan sets what each location gets. We set that up with you at the start so it is clear.

Is there a separate Google listing for each site?

Yes. Each location has its own listing, kept right on its own.
