Plans · Extra location

Adding a location to the plan you already have.

A new branch should not mean starting over. An extra location adds a full front office for the new site to your existing plan, with its own number, booking, reviews and listing.

When you need it

You need an extra location the moment a customer could call, book or review a place that is not your first one. That may be a second shop, a satellite bay, a kiosk, or a mobile team that serves a different city under its own name.

Do not wait for the grand opening. Setting up before the doors open means the Google listing is live and verified, the phone is answered on day one and the first reviews have somewhere to go.

What the new location gets

The new site gets the same pieces your first one has, set up for its own address and hours.

  • A separate phone number answered in the new location's name, in English or Spanish.
  • Its own booking page, calendar and reminders, using the new address.
  • A review request that gives every customer a direct link to that location's Google listing.
  • Its own Google listing, claimed or fixed and kept right.
  • A place in your Centera app, so pings from the new site arrive beside the old ones, labeled by location.

What stays the same

Your owner login, your brand, your invoice and payment setup and your Monday email stay as they are. The Monday email gets a section for each location, so you can see them next to each other. The wording Nora uses is carried over, and then adjusted for the new site's hours and services.

You keep the plan you are on. Extra locations follow the same plan as the one they attach to, whether that is Start, Grow or Studio. When a business has grown to several sites, the Scale plan describes how multi-location works as a whole.

How it goes in practice

You send the new address, the hours, the staff who will answer questions and the services that site offers. We set the pieces up and send you a short checklist: call the new number from your phone, make a test booking, scan the review QR. When those three work, the location is live.

If texting is part of your setup, remember the rule that applies to every number we set up. Text confirmations start once your business texting is registered; until then, email and the app. A new location's number is registered together with the others.

What it does not do

An extra location does not copy the first site's reviews or move its Google listing. Each place earns its own. It also does not turn on ad management for a plan that lacks it. Prices are on the pricing page.

Questions owners ask

Can I add a location before it opens?

Yes, and it is better that way. The listing and the phone line are ready when you open.

Does the new location have a different phone number?

Yes. Each location has its own number, so customers always reach the right place.

Can the new site be on a different plan?

Extra locations follow the plan they attach to. If a site needs more, we move the plan up.

Do I need a new app login?

No. The new site appears in the same Centera app you already use.
