Who Grow fits
Grow suits a business with a steady flow of customers and a few quiet gaps in the week it would like to fill. Think of a salon with a regular book and empty Tuesday mornings, an HVAC company that is busy in summer and winter and thin in spring, or a dealership that sells cars but has a customer list nobody has written to in a year.
If the front office basics are already working, or you are starting from the basics on Start and feel the ceiling, this is the next step.
What Grow adds
Grow includes everything in Start: the phone answered in your name, the app, one inbox, booking, reviews, the site that books and the Google listing. On top of that, we do these things for you.
- Every review answered, in your voice. We draft a reply to each new Google review in the way you would write it, and you approve or let it go out as drafted. Thank-yous stay warm and complaints get a calm, short answer.
- Directory listings. Your name, address, phone and hours are checked and kept consistent across the places customers look, so the map app and the search result agree.
- More site pages. Beyond the one page that books, you get further pages for your main services, so a search for a specific job lands on a page about that job.
- A monthly past-customer campaign. Once a month your earlier customers get a note from you: a seasonal reminder, a slow-day opening, a thank-you with a booking link.
- One local ad campaign. Our team builds and runs a Google and Meta campaign for your area, inside an ad budget you choose and pay on your own card.
- Social with more help. Posts made from your raw clips and photos, with comments and messages answered.
A day with Grow
On a Thursday morning a salon owner opens the app. Overnight, two new Google reviews came in and both already have a drafted reply waiting; she taps approve on one and changes a word in the other. The campaign for the month went out Tuesday, a note to clients who have not been in since the summer, and three of them have booked through the link.
Meanwhile the ad campaign is sending people to a page about balayage, not to the home page, because that page exists. The calendar is filling on the days she asked for. None of it needed her at a desk.
What Grow does not include
Grow runs one ad campaign, not a full marketing programme. Several campaigns a month, a landing page for every offer, chat replies on social, and the monthly growth call belong to Studio. It does not cover more than one location either; for that, see Scale and the extra location page.
We also do not buy the ads for you. The ad budget stays on your card, so you see every dollar the platforms take. There is a minimum budget below which we do not manage ads at all, listed on the pricing page.
Is it time for Grow?
Try a simple test. Pull up your last ten Google reviews and see how many have a reply. Then look at your customer list and ask when you last wrote to anyone on it. If the answers are "a few" and "a long time ago," that is the gap Grow fills.

Questions owners ask
Do I approve review replies before they go out?
Yes. You see each draft in the app. You can approve it, edit it, or let it go out as drafted if you prefer.
Whose card pays for the ads?
Yours. The ad budget is charged to your own card by the ad platforms. We run the campaign inside the budget you set.
What if I have no past customer list?
We build one from your bookings, your inbox and your invoices as they come in, so the monthly note has people to go to.
Can I stay on Start and add only the ads?
Ads management is part of Grow and Studio. Start connects your ad accounts but does not run them.
