Pest control · Booking

Book the first treatment, the inspection and the plan online.

Pest control is built on repeat visits, so the booking is worth getting right. Here is how a pest company sets up pages for each service and keeps recurring appointments from falling through.

The first visit is different from the fifth

A new customer needs an initial treatment, which takes longer and asks for more information about the property. A quarterly customer needs a short exterior service on a regular rhythm. A termite inspection is its own thing, with its own time and its own paperwork.

Lumping them into one form gets you wrong time slots and missing details. Separate pages fix that.

A page for each service

Each service gets a booking page with the questions your tech needs.

  • Initial treatment: pest, home type, size, gated or not, pets in the yard.
  • Quarterly service: preferred season window, access instructions, whether an interior visit is wanted.
  • Termite inspection: reason (buying, selling, or a suspected problem), age of the home, any earlier treatment.
  • Rodent exclusion: where the noise is heard and how long.
  • Mosquito or wasp visits: yard size and nest location.

The page offers only the slots you open for that service, so a long first treatment is never squeezed into a short gap on your route.

Reminders and reschedule links

Pest treatments depend on access: unlocked gates, pets put away, a person home for interior work. A reminder ahead of the visit tells the customer what to do, and a reschedule link lets them move it without phoning the office.

For quarterly customers, the next visit can be offered when the current one closes, so the schedule keeps itself full. A customer who cancels sees a link to pick a new date rather than a dead end.

Calendar sync across the route

Bookings go straight onto your calendar. Busy times you already have block the page, so you do not double-book a tech who is already across town. If you run more than one truck, each can have its own availability.

Seasonal pushes

Pest work comes in waves, and a booking page can follow them. Open extra termite inspection slots when the swarm weather starts, add a wasp page in summer, and switch on a rodent exclusion page in fall. A short seasonal flyer with the matching QR sends a neighborhood straight to the right page. When the season passes, close the slots and the page quietly steps back, so your calendar matches the work you want in each month.

QR codes for the leave-behind

Print the booking QR on the service ticket you leave in the door, on the truck, and on the card that explains what was treated. A customer reading the ticket on the porch can scan it and set the next visit then and there.

You can point one QR at your general page and another at a single service, like the termite inspection on a flyer for older neighborhoods.

The 15-minute review walks through which pages would be set up first for your services.

Questions owners ask

Can customers pick a recurring schedule?

You decide which cadences are offered. The page shows only those, and the next visit can be offered after each one.

What about a customer who needs an immediate visit?

Mark same-day slots as bookable, or keep them on the phone where Nora flags them for you.

Does the page handle several trucks?

Yes. Availability can be set per tech or per truck.
