A city between two cities
Irving is an inner suburb with its own character. Las Colinas has the office towers and the lunch trade around them. Valley Ranch has strip malls full of salons, barbershops, nail studios and tutoring centers. Old Irving, around Irving Boulevard, is dense with garages, panaderias and family shops. Highway 183 and Highway 114 cut the city into pieces that each feel like a separate small town.
Because the airport is on its doorstep, Irving also has businesses that serve hotels, shuttle drivers, airline crews and travelers: laundries, car washes, quick-service restaurants and phone repair counters.
Calls in more than one language
More than in most Texas cities, Irving's customers move between languages in the same sentence. A mechanic near Belt Line Road might talk to the same customer in English and Spanish in one call. Others serve customers who speak Urdu, Hindi, Vietnamese or Arabic at home. The phone assistant we set up answers in English or Spanish. For callers who need something else, she takes a callback number and a short message and sends it to you, so nobody is left on hold.
You approve what she says, including how she introduces your business, and you can read the summary of each call in the app.
Shift work and odd hours
Irving owners tend to keep strange hours. A shop opening at six for the airport shift workers closes when a lunch crowd in Las Colinas is only just arriving. The calls that matter often come at the exact moment the shop is between customers, on a break or closed. Instead of an unanswered ring, the customer gets a booking offer on your calendar or a clean message waiting for you in the app.
What we set up
For an Irving business, in your name:
- Phone answering for the calls you miss, with an urgent flag.
- A booking page per service with reminders and a QR code for the counter.
- A review request after each visit, with a direct Google link for every customer.
- A one-page site that books, and a Google listing kept right.
- One inbox for email, Facebook, Instagram and Google chat.
Who this suits
Salons and barbers along Valley Ranch and Belt Line, auto repair and detailing shops, used car dealers on the main roads, and HVAC and plumbing companies working the surrounding neighborhoods. Our Irving web design page shows the site work in more detail.
We are Dallas-based and work remotely, so there is no Irving office to visit.
Questions owners ask
Does the phone assistant speak Spanish?
Yes. She answers in English or Spanish, and for other languages takes a callback number and message.
Can it handle calls outside business hours?
You set the hours she covers. Outside your hours she can book, take a message or flag the call as urgent.
I serve airport and hotel customers. Does it help?
Yes. Booking pages with clear hours and reminders suit visitors who plan ahead and cannot wait on hold.
Do you have an Irving office?
No. We are based in Dallas and work remotely.
