- Google reviews
A Google review asked of every customer, without you having to ask.
After every visit, your customer gets a short message with a link to your review box. At the counter, a card with your own QR code. And every review gets a reply, in English or Spanish.
How it works
-
After the visit, a short ask
When the job or appointment is done, your customer gets a short message with a link straight to your Google review box. Every customer is asked, not just the happy ones.
-
A QR review card at the counter
A card with your own Google review QR code sits by the register or in the chair. One scan opens the review box on the customer's phone.
-
Every review gets a reply
Good reviews get a thank-you in your shop's voice. A bad one gets a calm, short reply, and you see it the same day.
-
You hear about complaints right away
If a customer writes back unhappy, you get the message at once, so you can fix it while they still care. They can still leave a Google review; we never hide the review link.
Why reviews matter to a local shop
When someone searches for a salon, a tech or a car nearby, they compare the stars and read the recent reviews before they call. A shop that asks every customer keeps adding fresh reviews; a shop that doesn't ask is left with whatever comes in on its own.
Reviews come in every plan, together with Nora on your calls and your own page. See the plans.
Made for your trade
- Salons, barbers, nails and lashThe card sits at the station; the ask goes out after the appointment, in English or Spanish.
- HVAC companiesThe ask goes out when the tech closes the job, while the cold air is still fresh in their mind.
- Car dealersThe ask goes out after delivery; the QR card rides in the glovebox with the paperwork.
Questions
How do I get more Google reviews for my business?
Ask every customer, every time, at the moment they are happiest: right after the visit. A short text with a direct link and a QR card at the counter make it one tap, so far more people actually do it.
Can I get a QR code for Google reviews?
Yes. Google gives every Business Profile its own review link, and that link becomes a QR code. We put it on a card for your counter, so a scan opens your review box directly.
Are Google review QR cards legit?
Yes, as long as the card only opens your own Google review box and you ask everyone. Cards that pay for reviews or only go to happy customers break Google's rules; ours do neither.
Can I remove a bad review on Google?
You can't delete a real customer's review, but you can report one that breaks Google's rules, like spam or a review from someone who was never a customer. For honest bad reviews, a calm reply and a steady flow of new reviews do more than removal ever could.
How should I respond to a negative Google review?
Reply the same day, short and calm: thank them, say you're sorry about their visit, and invite them to call the shop to fix it. Don't argue in public; the next customer reads your reply more than the review.
Can I offer a discount for a Google review?
No. Google doesn't allow rewards for reviews, and it can remove them. Ask everyone, make it easy, and reply to what they write.
Do you write reviews for my business?
Never. Every review comes from a real customer. We only make it easy for them to leave one and make sure each one gets a reply.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. The ask, the card and the replies can go out in English or Spanish, matched to each customer.
