The Turndown

Most companies clean your house. We keep a hotel, and the hotel is your home.

One dedicated housekeeper. The same hands and the same standard, every visit. Hotel-trained, and quiet about it.

Morning

The morning light finds nothing out of place.

Midday

Housekeeping happens. You never see it.

Evening

Your suite, reset by 6. Beds turned, lights low.

The whole idea

You come home. The house is ready.

The Arrival Clean

priced as a Deep Reset · your first visit

Every residency begins here. A recurring service maintains a home; it doesn’t restore one. Visit one is a top-to-bottom deep clean that resets the baseline, so every visit after is faster and billed at your resident rate.

The Turndown

from $119 per visit · recurring

The standing service, weekly, biweekly or every four weeks. Kitchens and baths done properly, dusting, floors, mirrors, beds made to hotel standard, trash out. The same housekeeper, two to three hours, all supplies ours.

The Standard Clean

from $149 · one time

The Turndown, once, without the residency. For the week that got away from you, or the night before company arrives.

The Deep Reset

from $224 · on request

Everything in the standard service plus baseboards, door and window frames, light fixtures, interior windows, blinds, cabinet fronts, under the furniture and descaled shower glass. Four to six hours.

Move In / Move Out

from $259 · empty home

The Deep Reset plus inside every cabinet, drawer and closet, the oven and the fridge, and walls spot-washed. If your landlord’s walkthrough flags anything, tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean it free.

The Guest Turnover

from $95 per turnover

For homes that host: short-term rentals reset hotel-style, linens changed, rooms restaged, restock checked, and a photo report if anything is amiss.

Linen Service

from $60 · on request

Sheets and towels collected, laundered, pressed and returned to the shelf warm.

Post-Renovation

by consultation

Fine dust asks for several passes, and no two renovations are alike. This is the one service we price after a walkthrough or photos, never by menu.

The residency

Stay with us, and the rate comes down.

A standing reservation earns a resident’s rate from visit two onward, locked in for as long as you stay. No contracts. Skip or move any visit up to 48 hours ahead at no charge.

Example discounts

Weekly

20% off

Inside 24 hours, or a door we cannot open, a $50 fee applies. That is the visit our housekeeper could no longer fill.

Suites and rates

Published, the way a proper hotel publishes them.

A heavy-shedding household may carry a small pet-hair surcharge. We say so before we begin, never after.

House standards

Who comes in, and how.

Example standards

Training

Housekeepers trained to luxury-hotel procedure, room by room.

Continuity

One dedicated housekeeper per home. You will know her name; she will know your house.

Discretion

Discreet by nature. NDA-ready on request.

Bonded and insured

Liability insurance covers your home; bonding covers theft. Both are in place before anyone crosses your threshold.

Vetting

Every housekeeper passes a national background check and paid training before entering a home.

Employment

W-2 employees paid a living wage, never subcontractors.

Supplies

We arrive with everything, down to HEPA-filter vacuums. An eco and pet-safe line on request, at no charge.

Entry

Door codes and lockbox notes are stored encrypted. Keys are coded, never labeled with an address.

Settlement

No cash changes hands. Your card is charged only after the visit is complete.

The house standard

Not happy with any room? Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean it free, with no forms and no debate.

That is the whole promise, and it is the standard a good hotel holds itself to. If we are ever the ones who cancel on you, a $100 credit appears on your account before the apology does.

Example policy

Before we arrive

A few notes from the desk.

  1. Most residents are not home when we are. Leave a door code, garage code or lockbox note when you reserve, or be home for the first visit; the code comes later, once we have earned it.
  2. Pets stay. Tell us their names, where they like to hide, and whether the study door should stay closed.
  3. You reserve an arrival window, not a minute. If parking at your building has opinions, a note saves everyone ten minutes.
  4. There is no need to clean before we clean. Picking up loose items helps the hours go to the real work, but it is a courtesy, not a condition.
  5. What we do not do, said plainly: biohazards, mold remediation, pest cleanup, exterior windows, anything above a two-step ladder, furniture over 25 pounds, or wet-wiping electronics.
  6. A home with heavy buildup may need a Deep Reset before the standard rate applies. We tell you the price before we start, never after.

Questions at the desk

The things people actually ask.

How do I know I can trust the people you send into my home?

Every housekeeper is a background-checked, bonded and insured employee, never a subcontractor. On a residency the same person comes every visit, so the person in your home is someone you know. If anything ever breaks, we tell you first and make it right.

Do I need to be home during the visit?

Most residents are not. Leave a door code or lockbox key in your reservation notes; entry details are stored encrypted. Many people are home for the first visit and hand over the code later.

What if I’m not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean the area free, with no forms and no debate.

Why is my first visit priced higher than my resident rate?

Recurring service maintains a home; it does not restore one. Visit one is the Arrival Clean, which resets everything so every visit after can be faster and cheaper. Your residency discount begins on visit two.

Do you bring your own supplies, and are they safe for kids and pets?

Yes, all of it, including HEPA-filter vacuums. We run an eco and pet-safe line at no extra charge; just note it when you reserve.

Am I locked into anything?

No contracts. Skip, move or end your residency any time; up to 48 hours before a visit there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or a lockout, a $50 fee applies.

What is not included in a visit?

No biohazards, mold, pest cleanup, exterior windows, anything above a two-step ladder, furniture over 25 pounds, or wet-wiping electronics. We always tell you the price before we start.
