Policies
Clear policies are how we protect your appointment — and everyone else's.
24 hours' notice for standard services; 48 hours for color, extensions or anything over two hours. Late cancels are 50% of the booked service, no-shows 100%. A card on file holds every booking — nothing is charged unless you late-cancel or no-show.
If something isn't sitting right, tell us within 7 days and we'll adjust it, complimentary. That's our honest version of "satisfaction guaranteed."
Signed contract plus a non-refundable $250 deposit (applied to your balance) to hold the date. Balance due one week before the event. Trials are booked and paid separately.
We hold a 15-minute grace window. Past that we may need to shorten or rebook your service so the next guest starts on time.
We love them — booked into their own appointment. For safety around hot tools and chemicals, children can't wait in the service area.
Unopened product comes back within 14 days for a full refund; opened product swaps for the right one — your home-care prescription should actually work.
Questions
Prices vary by artist level and by your hair — length, density, current color, and the goal. Every color service starts with a consultation where your artist quotes your exact price before any product is mixed. No surprises at checkout. Booking with a newer-level artist gets you the same techniques and oversight at a lower price point.
Tell us within 7 days and we'll adjust it, complimentary. Color is a partnership — bring inspiration photos, and your artist will tell you honestly what's achievable in one session versus a multi-visit plan. Going from dark to blonde is usually a journey, not an appointment.
A card on file holds your appointment; nothing is charged unless you late-cancel or no-show. We ask for 24 hours' notice — 48 hours for color, extensions, or anything over two hours. Late cancels are 50% of the service, no-shows 100%. A four-hour balayage block that goes empty can't be refilled same-day.
Wedding dates are held exclusively for you and turn away other bookings, so we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit, applied to your balance. The trial, 4–8 weeks out, is where we perfect the look — so the wedding morning is execution, not experimentation.
We use formaldehyde-free smoothing systems. Results last 3–5 months depending on wash frequency and home care — sulfate-free shampoo required, and we'll set you up. It smooths frizz and roughly halves blow-dry time; it does not bone-straighten like old-school relaxers.
Not when they're matched to your hair correctly — which is why every extension guest starts with a complimentary consultation before anything is ordered. Hand-tied wefts distribute weight across a sewn row rather than gluing to strands, and maintenance every 6–8 weeks keeps tension healthy.
Cuts and blowouts are often available same week. Color with in-demand artists books 2–4 weeks out; bridal dates 3–6 months out — peak spring and fall DFW wedding season books earlier. Threading and brow services take same-day appointments.
